Confirm the pick-up time, not just the flight
Work backwards from your check-in deadline, add the driving time for your route, and add a buffer for traffic. For flights from Vienna or Prague we usually suggest arriving at the terminal three hours before a long-haul departure.
Give the flight number for arrivals
With the flight number we can follow the actual landing time. If your flight is two hours late, the driver arrives two hours later — you do not need to call anyone from baggage reclaim.
Count luggage honestly
Four adults with four large suitcases do not fit comfortably in a sedan. Tell us the real number of bags, including skis, golf bags, pushchairs and instruments, and we send the right vehicle.
Ask for child seats in advance
Child and booster seats are required by law and we provide them at no extra charge — but only if we know the ages of the children before the journey.
Agree the price in writing
A transfer price should be fixed per vehicle and include waiting time, tolls and the driver. Ask what happens if your flight is delayed and whether the return leg is priced the same.
