2. What data we process

Booking and enquiry data: name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off address, date and time of travel, flight number, number of passengers, luggage and any requirements you tell us about, for example child seats.

Communication data: the content of emails, messages and calls related to your booking.

Technical data: anonymised information about your visit to this website, such as pages viewed and approximate region, used only to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

4. Retention, sharing, your rights and security

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication. Booking and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Czech accounting and tax law, generally 10 years.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with our accountant, with our email and hosting providers acting as processors, and with authorities where the law requires it. Where a partner driver performs part of a journey, only the information needed for that journey is passed on.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@brno-transfer.cz and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

Access to booking data is limited to people who need it to provide the service. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with reputable providers. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our service or in the law, and the current version is always published on this page.
