Corporate Transport
Corporate transfers and business transport from Brno
Premium chauffeured cars for management, staff and business partners — to the airport, to meetings and between sites.
One contact for the company
Send the schedule by e-mail or phone and we assign the driver and the vehicle. Every ride is confirmed in writing.
Monthly invoicing
Instead of paying per ride, you receive a single monthly invoice listing every route and price.
Fixed route prices
Recurring routes such as Brno–Vienna Airport or Brno–Prague Airport are agreed at a fixed price, with no night or weekend surcharge.
Who corporate transfer is for
We work with manufacturers, IT companies, law and consulting firms and technology centres in Brno. Typical jobs are an early-morning airport run for management, collecting colleagues from headquarters at arrivals, transfers between sites in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, and driving business partners during their visit.
The driver monitors the flight number, so a delay costs nothing extra. On arrival he waits in the hall with a name board for the passenger or the company, so visiting guests never have to look for their car.
What every corporate ride includes
- Door-to-door pick-up at the office, hotel or terminal
- Flight monitoring and free waiting time after landing
- Water, a light snack, Wi-Fi and USB charging on board
- A discreet, formally dressed driver and a black premium vehicle
- Invoicing with your project or cost-centre reference
“V zastúpení firmy som využila služby pána Trzaskalika pre našich klientov z Ameriky a môžem len odporučiť. Klienti boli spokojní, transfer bol presný, načas a aj s tým, že si šofér odsledoval, či lety meškajú alebo nie. Za mňa veľké plus.”
