Terms & Conditions

The conditions under which we provide transfers and transport services.

1–2. Provider and formation of the contract

Transport services are provided by Premium Transfer, Josefy Faimonové 2, 628 00 Brno, Czech Republic, contactable at +420 723 599 618 and info@brno-transfer.cz (the "Provider").

A booking becomes binding when the Provider confirms it in writing by email or message, stating the route, date, time, vehicle and price. An enquiry alone does not create a contract. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the details given, in particular the pick-up address, time, flight number and number of passengers and bags.

3–5. Prices, waiting time and payment

Prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person, and include the driver, fuel, motorway tolls and applicable taxes. Prices in EUR are indicative and converted at the current rate; the CZK amount is decisive. Extra costs agreed in advance, such as additional stops, extended waiting or parking fees at airports, may be added and will be stated before the journey wherever possible.

For airport arrivals, 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time is included. For other pick-ups, 15 minutes is included. Further waiting is charged at the rate agreed when booking.

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made in cash or by card to the driver on completion of the journey, or by bank transfer against an invoice for corporate clients.

6–8. Cancellation, passengers, luggage and conduct

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. For later cancellations or if the client does not appear at the agreed place and time without notice, the Provider may charge up to the full price of the journey. If the Provider is unable to perform a confirmed journey, it will arrange an equivalent alternative or refund any amount already paid in full.

The number of passengers may not exceed the capacity of the confirmed vehicle. Children must travel in an appropriate child seat, which the Provider supplies free of charge when informed of the children's ages in advance. Luggage must be declared when booking; the Provider may refuse items that are dangerous, illegal, or cannot be transported safely in the confirmed vehicle.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in the vehicles. The driver may end a journey where a passenger's behaviour endangers safety, and the full price remains payable in that case. Damage or excessive soiling caused by a passenger is charged at cost.

9–10. Liability, complaints and governing law

The Provider carries the insurance required by law for passenger transport. The Provider is not liable for delays or consequences arising from circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic accidents, road closures, extreme weather, or official restrictions, but will always inform the client without delay and seek a solution. The client should allow a reasonable time reserve before flights; the Provider is happy to advise on departure times.

Complaints should be sent to info@brno-transfer.cz without undue delay and will be handled within 30 days. Consumers may also address the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as the out-of-court dispute resolution body. These terms and the contract are governed by Czech law and apply from the date of publication on this page.
