Vienna Airport is the busiest airport within reach of Brno and the one our clients use most. The drive is short, the motorway is direct, and a private car removes the two weak points of public transport: the walk to the bus with your luggage and the fixed timetable that never matches an early flight.
We collect you at your address in Brno and drop you at your departure terminal. On the way back, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall.
Route
The route runs from Brno south on the D2 towards Břeclav, crosses the border at Drasenhofen or continues via the A5, and reaches the airport from the east side without entering central Vienna.
Border crossings inside the Schengen area are not stopped, so the journey is continuous.
Departures from Brno: the driver arrives 5-10 minutes early at your address and helps with luggage. We plan the arrival at VIE around 2 hours before a Schengen flight and 2.5 hours before a long-haul flight, unless you prefer otherwise.
Arrivals at VIE: the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Waiting time after landing is included, and if your flight is delayed we adjust — just give us the flight number.
Luggage
Three large suitcases plus hand luggage fit comfortably in the Škoda Superb. For a family with four or more suitcases, the minivan is the better choice.
Skis, golf bags, musical instruments and pushchairs are no problem if you mention them when booking so we allocate the right vehicle.
